Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Satya · by Raydyn Global Ltd · the app (Android org.satya.app, iOS com.satya.satya) and satya.org · Last updated 10 October 2026 · This policy is written to satisfy the Washington My Health My Data Act and applies to everyone, everywhere.
What you tell Aatman about how you feel is your own record. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared except with the one partner that turns your voice into text. You say yes to keeping it with one tap before your first entry, and you can delete it, or all of it, at any time.
What counts as health data here
- Where you place yourself on the ladder of states each day (your morning, midday and evening taps), and the road you choose.
- What Aatman remembers from your calls and chats about how you feel, what weighs on you, and what you are trying to change.
- Your use of the crisis sheet and its helpline numbers.
- The reflections written for you from these entries.
Your birth date, time and place are personal information but not health data; they are covered in the Privacy Policy. Satya is not a medical service and keeps no diagnoses, medications or clinical records.
Why we collect it
- To reflect you back to yourself: your own entries are what Aatman reads from.
- To remember you from one conversation to the next, if you keep memory on.
- To put the right helpline in front of you if you say you are in danger.
We do not use it to infer anything about you for advertising, do not build profiles from it for anyone else, and do not use it to set prices.
Who sees it
- Our voice partner, ElevenLabs, processes the audio of a call and keeps the transcript and summary of that call so Aatman can know you next time. It acts on our instructions only.
- Our database provider, Supabase, stores your entries, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Nobody else. Nothing from this record goes to Meta, Google or any advertiser. The only signals we share for ads are a hashed email or phone and the fact of a purchase, never a state, a memory or a reflection.
We do not sell health data. We do not share it for anyone else's purposes. If that ever changes you will be asked again, separately, and nothing moves until you say yes.
How you say yes, and how you take it back
- Before your first entry, Aatman asks in one line whether to keep what you tell him about how you feel. Your tap is recorded with the words you read and the time.
- Withdraw at any time: Me → Account → Aatman remembers our conversations switches memory off; Me → What I'm keeping → Forget everything clears it; or say "forget that" during a call.
- Delete the account and everything in it at Me → Delete my account or at go.satya.org/delete-account.
Your rights
You may ask what health data we hold about you, where it came from and who received it; ask us to correct or delete it; and withdraw consent. Write to privacy@satya.org (Grievance Officer, Raydyn Global Ltd). We answer within 30 days and never treat you differently for asking. If you are not satisfied, you may appeal by replying to our answer; in Washington you may also contact the Attorney General.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open and memory is on. When you forget an entry, it is gone from live systems at once; when you delete the account, everything goes, with backups clearing within 30 days and voice-partner records within 30 days. Nothing in this record is kept for tax or legal reasons.
